In this blog review, I'll be specifically mentioning some of their popular dishes, including the charcuterie, steak tartare, burrata, roasted beet salad, Buffalina pizza, truffle fries, and a couple of their fine cocktails and desserts. Keeping in mind that their signature cocktails and desserts are seasonal.

To start off, Wally's charcuterie board is a must-try. This platter is filled with a variety of cured meats, artisanal cheeses, Marcona almonds, cornichons, honeycomb, and so much more. You have the option to choose from a selection of over 20 meats and the cheeses that are perfectly aged and cured, or have the well versed staff put together the perfect platter.

Moving on to the steak tartare, it was one of the best I've ever had. The fresh Wagyu Steak, topped with a chard leek aioli, a touch of Dijon mustard, and shaved Truffle makes this classic next level. The flavors are so balanced and comes already placed on fresh sour dough crostini so you can indulge the moment it comes to the table, making it a great starter to your dining experience.

The burrata is another standout dish. The creamy imported Burrata cheese served with green tomato basil jam, basil oil, and pine nut croquant makes this the most heavenly Burrata you could ever place on fresh grilled country bread.

If you're a fan of salads, I highly recommend trying Wally's roasted beet salad. This colorful bountiful salad is served carpaccio style. Featuring red and yellow beets roasted to perfection, thinly shaved, and placed eloquently on the plate while being topped with cabrales blue cheese, toasted pecans, pomegranate seeds, blonde frisee, and a sherry vinaigrette. The mix of flavors and textures makes this salad a elevated refreshing option.

Now, let's talk about Wally's famous buffalina pizza. This dish is a favorite among patrons and for good reason. The crust is crispy and thin, and the toppings are flavorful. The combination of the sweet pickled chili and the fresh basil makes this Buffalina Pizza a truly memorable dish.
